Michelle O's Election Night Look for Less

The Obamas

The striking dress Michelle O. wore on election night was designed by Narcisco Rodriguez and it's from his Spring 2009 collection. This line is not yet available in stores, but you can get in on the sexy red and black trend that's so popular this season. Check out these chic high/low options...

NEXT: Guess the Celeb Restaurateur!

it looks more like she fished it out of a bargain bin. i do agree that people dont report on democrat's spending. im sure that narciso dress wouldve cost thousands too!

How come we didn't hear about the prices of the Obama family clothes? Or the Biden family? Let's be fair and talk about the spending of the Democrats - like the lobster, caviar, and champagne lunches.

Michell was not looking very good...only Nancy Reagan and Jackie O had true style although Hillary looked GORGEOUS in her first Inaugural ball gown.

I was shocked by the dress. Very weird looking!

You have lost me as a viewer ...please pull in your tonuges on Obama & Michelle and quit tripping over yourselves on all the coverage you give them and of course, tearing down Sarah Palin at the same time. You're an entertainment program ...BE ONE!!!

Is this what we should be concerned about?,please give me a break and remember she is not a first lady yet until January. So people find better things to say than tanishing the poor lady's outfit. We need to support and stand by them insted of giving ugly rude comments about her outfit, well since she did not spend $150.000 on clothing.

She should, or soomeon on the staff of 1,000, have taken a photo prior to this night in that dress. Knowing she would be on every screen, paper and mag in that outfit, I would have! I love the red black look they coordinated to, but her dress was pathetic.

I thought the dress was UGLY! It looked like she had 2 red spotlights targeted on her body. For a "First Lady" a better choice could have been made. But I am excited about Obama being President, just hope he lives up to his promises.........I am white.

I thought her dress was AWFUL!?! ALso, I've heard some people are comparing her to Jackie Kennedy---ARE THEY CRAZY!?!? SHE IS NO JACKIE KENNEDY!!! How insulting!!! Jackie was a FIRST CLASS Aristocrat! Michelle needs to learn how to be a "warm" person and not look so SMUG!!

What the heck...
that "thing" she was wearing was horrible! Why are we trying to replicate it?

Seriously, all these things would have looked better than what she was rocking.!
